Downtown Crabapple is the historic crossroads district at the heart of the City of Milton, Georgia, in Fulton County. It is not a separate city. Milton City Hall, at 2006 Heritage Walk, is open weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; restrooms are on its grounds; and for any emergency, call 911. Here is the practical information in one place.

Where Crabapple is

The City of Milton describes Crabapple as the heart of Milton, in the southwestern corner of the city, and home to City Hall, the Milton Library and many of the city’s schools. The City of Milton began on December 1, 2006. The US Census geocoder places both City Hall and Crabapple Market inside Milton city limits, in ZIP code tabulation area 30004.

Addresses can mislead. Many Crabapple businesses print an Alpharetta mailing address, and the Milton Library prints ZIP 30009 even though the US Census places it in Milton. A postal name is not the city. Our article Crabapple, Milton or Alpharetta? explains how to tell.

The crossroads area sits at about 1,146 feet above sea level, per USGS.
