Downtown Crabapple Events: This Fall, the Holidays and All Year

Most events in downtown Crabapple, in Milton, Georgia, happen in three places: The Green at Crabapple Market, Broadwell Pavilion and Milton City Hall. The City of Milton runs the big seasonal ones, Crabapple Market runs a steady calendar on the Green, and venues add their own. Next up in 2026: Carvin’ in Crabapple on October 24 and Christmas in Crabapple on December 5.

Coming up this fall

• Saturday, October 24. Two events on the same day, a few minutes apart on foot. Crabapple Market’s sixth annual Halloween Costume Party & Trick-or-Treating runs 1 to 4 p.m. on the Green and is free, per Crabapple Market: a DJ and costume parade first, then trick-or-treating at market businesses from 2:30. Then Carvin’ in Crabapple runs 4 to 7 p.m. at Broadwell Pavilion. Bring your own pumpkin; the City provides carving and painting tools. Milton Police run a Trunk or Treat in the Crabapple Government Center parking lot.
• Thursdays, October 29, November 12, December 3 and 10. Wanderlust Food Truck Fest, 4 to 8 p.m., in the Market District Crabapple parking lot and the gravel area behind the Green.
• Saturday, November 7. Milton’s Veterans Breakfast, 9 to 10:30 a.m. in City Hall Council Chambers; free, but RSVP to rsvp@miltonga.gov. That evening at 7, Grace on The Green brings worship music to the Green; bring chairs and blankets.
• Sunday, November 8. The Milton’s Got Talent finale on the Green at 6 p.m.; bring a chair.
• Friday, November 13. Crabapple Market’s Holiday Market Shop, Sip & Stroll, 1 to 5 p.m. on the Green, with about 75 local artisans and makers and free pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Christmas in Crabapple: December 5, 2026

The City’s Christmas in Crabapple and Milton Tree Lighting is Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Broadwell Pavilion, 12615 Broadwell Road. It is free.

Santa visits with no reservations needed, and the City shares its professional photographer’s photos free. There is face painting, a DJ and live singers including Milton High’s chorus, a balloon artist, ornament and cookie decorating, and letters to Santa. New for 2026 is a Kids Market for sellers aged 5 to 17, with registration through kidsmarkets.com. The City says the event typically draws about 1,500 people and its footprint along Broadwell Road is limited, so arrive early if you want a spot near the tree. The rest of December

• Saturday, December 12: Pancake Breakfast with Santa, 8 to 11 a.m. at Fire Station 44, 13690 Highway 9. That is outside downtown Crabapple; no registration.
• Sunday, December 13: Crabapple Challenge: Winter Games on the Green, 1 to 4 p.m. The market had not posted a description as of October 18.
• Thursday, December 17: the 5th Annual Kringle Crawl, 6 to 11 p.m., per the Crabapple Market calendar. In 2025 it started at Six Bridges Brewery and finished at Olde Blind Dog; 2026 stops are not posted yet.
• Monday, December 21: Tea Party with Mrs. Claus, 9 to 10:30 a.m. in City Hall Council Chambers. Tickets are free but required.

City Hall itself is closed all day on Thursday, December 24, 2026, per the City’s calendar.

The year in Crabapple: what came earlier in 2026

These have already happened this year. Each line gives the 2026 edition, which is the last one held; no 2027 dates were posted as of October 18, 2026. They show the shape of a typical year.

• January: Milton State of the City at City Hall (January 28, 2026), per the City of Milton.
• February: the Crabapple Cupid Crawl, a Valentine’s take on the Kringle Crawl, first held February 12, 2026.
• March: Olde Blind Dog’s multi-day St. Patrick’s celebration, March 13 to 17, 2026, with tents on the Green.
• April and May: the Milton First Responders Benefit Concert on the Green (April 18, 2026), the Crabapple Derby Dash 5K from Crabapple Market (May 2, 2026), and the City’s Memorial Day ceremony on the Green, held every Memorial Day (10 a.m. on May 25 in 2026).
• Summer: Crabapple Summer Stroll Thursday evenings at Crabapple Market West (June 18 to August 20, 2026), the free LiveLOUD concert on the Green (June 27, 2026), and the City’s Red, White, and YOU parade at Broadwell Pavilion (July 3, 2026), per the City of Milton.
• September: Milton Restaurant Week, September 14 to 20, 2026.

What is planned, and what has ended

In August 2026 a new outdoor event space opened at Market District Crabapple, on the eastern side of Heritage Walk across from Hyde Brewing. The City of Milton says Market District plans to bring back Crabapple Live, a monthly mini-festival co-sponsored by the City, in spring and summer 2027; dates are not set. It is also looking into an outdoor skating rink starting in November 2026, which is not confirmed.

The City-supported Milton Farmers Market, last held on the Green on Wednesdays in 2024, has closed for now; the City says it may rebrand and relaunch it. Earth Day shows as TBA on the City’s annual-events list.

• Milton’s city-sponsored events are paid for by the City’s Hotel-Motel Tax revenue and, in part, by sponsors, per the City of Milton.
• Crabapple Market’s free evening events on the Green do not allow outside alcohol.
• Check parking before an event day, and drinks and live music for venue nights.
